The renovated space is to include 5 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, 1 half bathroom and 2 three quarter bathrooms. It will also include an interior garage.
The new space includes a 3rd floor cupola and roof deck with an Ocean view.

Commercial Building Design-Engineer-Build Structural Modifications
Built on a former landfill, the structure had severe settlement issues with the slab and foundation. A new reinforced concrete ribbed mat slab installed. 6000 sf, 30 tons of steel reinforcement and 240 yards of concrete. 24 ports were installed for monitoring settlement beneath the structue and allow for future grout jacking

This project consisted of the constrcution of a new transfer facility that included new loading docks, a Pre-engineered Metal Building and a VRC (Vertical Reciprocating Conveyors) used to move materials between multiple floor levels.
